The College of Art application to Harvard declined 5% from a year ago, a symbolic blow to the school after a period of turmoil including the resignation of its President and the defeat at the Supreme Court. It was the second consecutive year that Harvard's undergraduate applications fell — by the largest in the college's history and 10% more than in the previous year — of Harvard University, which had 57,465 applications — the second in the College of Arts and Sciences — on Monday.
